How can I book the Connemara Lake Hotel?
You can book your stay directly through our website at any time. Also welcome to contact the hotel via phone or email.
At what time is check-in?
Check-in is available from 3:00pm.
At what time is check-out?
Check-out is by 11:00am. Late check-outs may be available upon request.
Do you offer wheelchair access rooms?
Unfortunately, we do not have ground floor rooms, all guest rooms are access via stairs.
Is parking available at the hotel?
On-Street parking available, there is also a public car park just a short walk from hotel. Both options free of charge.
What are the reception opening hours?
Our reception is open during set hours with staff available to assist you. For assistance outside these hours, Please call hotels main telephone number. We’re always here to assist you day or night.
Do I need to book breakfast?
No booking is required, if you wish to reserve a table, check with reception.
Do you have spa treatments or pool at the hotel?
No, there are no spa facilities or pool at the hotel.
Can I bring my pet?
We do not allow pets in the hotel.
Is Wi-Fi available at the hotel/in the room?
WiFi is available free of charge in the rooms and in public areas.
Can I reserve a table in the restaurant?
Yes, speak with a member of staff to reserve a table in the restaurant.
Do you offer non-smoking rooms?
All our rooms are non-smoking.

Can I buy a voucher for the hotel and or restaurant?
Yes, vouchers are available online on our website or you can ask a member of staff in the hotel.
Where can I get a copy of my invoice after departure?
Please contact our hotel team, which will send you a copy of your invoice.
What should I do, if I lost or forgot something in my room?
Please contact the hotel directly. Our rooms will be cleaned daily, any found items are kept secured.

Can I book without credit card?
To secure your bookings, we require a credit card - Mastercard or visa are accepted.
How can I change or cancel my reservation?
You can cancel your reservation by going on the hotel website or you can contact the hotel directly. For Bookings made through Booking.com you will need to contact them directly. For any changes on your reservation, Please contact the hotel directly.
By when do I have to cancel my booking, if I have to?
We have a 48 hour cancellation policy. Cancellations made after this will incur a charge to the first night stay.
Can I make group bookings online?
It is best to contact the hotel directly for group bookings.
Is Breakfast included?
Yes, the quoted price includes breakfast.
